Pep in awe of MSN


Pep Guardiola admits he is in awe of the Barcelona “machine” ahead of Manchester City’s midweek trip to Camp Nou in the Champions League. Both sides enter the Catalonian showdown in contrasting fortunes, with Barca having thrashed Deportivo La Coruna 4-0 and City only managing a 1-1 draw at home to Everton, but Guardiola feels his former club are “amazing”,regardless of form.“Barcelona are special in the way they play. They’re a machine,” he told BBC Sport. “For the last decade, the last 50 years,Barcelona dominate football matches. I love the way they play.“They have three amazing players - Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar - up front. “They are amazing on the counter-attack.They have a good build-up. They are a good team.”
